Description
These 10 Minute Fluffy Air Fryer Pretzel Bites are soft, golden, and deliciously addictive. Made with quick-rise yeast and cooked in the air fryer, they come together in no time — perfect for a quick snack, game day, or family treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups warm water (110°F)
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2.4 tsp quick-rise yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (or honey)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- Pretzel salt (optional)
Optional Add-Ons:
- Garlic powder
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, etc.)
Instructions
- Heat 2 cups of water to 110°F — warm but not hot.
- In a small bowl, whisk yeast into the warm water and set aside for 1 minute until slightly bubbly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Create a well in the flour mixture and pour in the yeast-water mixture. Mix until a dough forms, adding a splash more water if too dry.
- Lightly flour a countertop. Divide dough into 8 pieces, roll into ropes, and cut into 1-inch pretzel bites.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- Brush pretzel bites with melted butter. Place in the basket, leaving space between pieces.
- Air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes, or until golden brown and fluffy.
- Remove, brush with more melted butter, and sprinkle with pretzel salt (if using). Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- If using active dry yeast instead of quick-rise, let the dough rise 30 minutes before shaping.
- For gluten-free version, use a GF all-purpose blend with binding agents.
- For a sweeter flavor, replace sugar with maple syrup.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
