- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cups plain Cheerios (gluten-free if needed)

Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. Heat a few more seconds if needed, being careful not to overheat.
- Add Cheerios to the peanut butter-honey mixture and stir gently until fully coated.
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press down firmly until evenly compact.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until set.
- Lift the mixture out using the parchment paper, then slice into squares or rectangles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
- For nut-free version, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
- For vegan option, use agave nectar instead of honey.
- Rice Krispies or another whole-grain cereal can replace Cheerios.
