Description

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cups plain Cheerios (gluten-free if needed)

  • Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. Heat a few more seconds if needed, being careful not to overheat.
  2. Add Cheerios to the peanut butter-honey mixture and stir gently until fully coated.
  3. Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press down firmly until evenly compact.
  4. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until set.
