Description

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup mini Reese’s cups, chopped
  • ⅓ cup pecans, chopped
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded coconut

  • Drizzle of Nutella
  • Sprinkle of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven & prep dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving edges overhanging.
  2. Melt butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter (30–60 seconds). Pour evenly into the baking dish.
  3. Create crust: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over melted butter. Pat down firmly to form a cohesive base.
  4. Layer ingredients: Evenly sprinkle peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, chopped mini Reese’s cups, and chopped pecans over the crust.
  5. Pour condensed milk: Pour sweetened condensed milk over the layered ingredients. Spread gently to cover as much surface as possible.
  6. Top with coconut: Sprinkle shredded coconut over the milk layer and lightly press down to adhere.
  7. Bake: Bake 20–23 minutes until coconut is lightly golden.
  8. Cool & slice: Let the bars cool for 10 minutes. Lift from dish using parchment paper and cut into squares or rectangles.

Notes

  • Substitute crushed digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers if graham cracker crumbs are unavailable.
  • For a nut-free version, omit pecans or use sunflower seeds.
  • Chocolate bars can replace chips; chop into smaller pieces.
