These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are a delightful blend of sweet, savory, and creamy flavors packed into soft slider buns. Perfect for using up leftover turkey or for an easy party appetizer.

- 12 slider buns (whole wheat or white)
- 2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 6 slices Havarti cheese (or substitute with mozzarella or gouda)
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Optional: Thinly sliced onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the shredded turkey evenly over the bottom buns.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Place Havarti cheese slices on top of the cranberry layer.
- Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds evenly over the buttered buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Use leftover Thanksgiving turkey to save time and reduce waste.
- For extra flavor, caramelized onions make a great optional addition.
- These sliders can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
