Description

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful no-bake dessert where fresh strawberries are filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture. They’re elegant, bite-sized treats perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you need a sweet and fruity indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for creamier consistency)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs for topping
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional: Extra small strawberries for decoration

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the strawberries. Slice off the stems and cut each strawberry in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or melon baller to gently scoop out a bit of the center to create a well for the filling.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream (if using) until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
  4. Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries, forming a small swirl or mound.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top and garnish with mint leaves or small strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set slightly.

Notes

  • Use a piping bag for a more decorative presentation.
  • Best served chilled. Can be made a few hours ahead and kept in the fridge.
  • For a dairy-free version, try using a vegan cream cheese alternative.
