- Mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Toasted coconut flakes (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crumble the carrot cake into small pieces.
- Mix the crumbled cake with frosting, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Form tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the freezer for 30 minutes or fridge for 1 hour.
- Melt the white chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate.
- Let the coating set at room temperature or in the fridge.
- Store or serve as desired.
