- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 ounces brie cheese, cut into 16 small pieces
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Avocado oil cooking spray
- Cranberry sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, flatten the ground beef and divide it into 16 portions.
- For each portion, place a cube of brie in the middle and seal the beef around it.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and thyme, and mix well.
- Roll each meatball in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer, spray with avocado oil cooking spray, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned and the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
- Serve with cranberry sauce for dipping.
Notes
Ensure to seal the meatballs well to prevent the cheese from oozing out during cooking. Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
