Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box Banza pasta (or your favorite pasta)
- 2 cups of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, peas, carrots)
- 4 fully cooked chicken sausage links, sliced
- Optional:
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Fresh herbs (basil or parsley), chopped
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Additional vegetables like spinach or zucchini, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

- Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for another 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the pasta sauce and heat through. If using spinach or zucchini, add now and cook until wilted or tender.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and chili flakes if desired.
Notes
