  • ½ cup sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base Ingredients: Wash cranberries under cold water. Chop the jalapeño and green onions.
  2. Blend the Cranberry Mixture: In a blender, combine cranberries, jalapeño, green onions, sugar, and lime juice. Pulse until just combined.
  3. Remove Excess Moisture: Pat blended mixture with paper towel to remove moisture.
  4. Mix in Creamy Goodness: Transfer to a bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, and salt.
  5. Combine Until Smooth: Blend until fully incorporated and smooth.
