Description

A rich and buttery lobster roll with a spicy Cajun twist, perfect for a comforting yet fancy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 brioche or split-top hot dog buns, lightly toasted
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp minced garlic, 1/4 cup diced celery, a sprinkle of chives, a pinch of cayenne

Instructions

  1. Warm the lobster in a skillet with melted butter for 1–2 minutes and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold the warm lobster into the dressing.
  4. Toast the buns in a skillet until golden brown.
  5. Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.

Notes

Use cooked lobster meat for best results, and serve with crispy fries or a simple green salad.
