- 2 large chicken breasts (approximately 450 grams total)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper; mix with chicken strips to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes at 190°C (375°F).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket and place chicken strips in a single layer; cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- On each tortilla, layer spinach, mozzarella cheese, and cooked chicken strips.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and spray the outside with olive oil spray.
- Place wraps seam side down in the air fryer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add additional vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor and nutrition.
