Delicious wraps filled with juicy chicken, gooey mozzarella cheese, and fresh spinach, cooked to crispy perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (approximately 450 grams total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper; mix with chicken strips to coat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer for 3 to 5 minutes at 190°C (375°F).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and place chicken strips in a single layer; cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. On each tortilla, layer spinach, mozzarella cheese, and cooked chicken strips.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly and spray the outside with olive oil spray.
  7. Place wraps seam side down in the air fryer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
  8. Let cool, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add additional vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor and nutrition.
