Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 packets dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 30 oz canned green beans, drained

  1. Layer the halved potatoes at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle both packets of Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the layers.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, add the drained green beans to the crockpot.
  7. Slice or shred the chicken and gently stir everything to combine and coat in the broth before serving.

Notes

For a different flavor, substitute chicken breasts with thighs or use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
