Instructions
- Prep the Dates: Gently split each date open with your fingers and remove the pit.
- Arrange: Place the dates cut side up on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
- Fill with Peanut Butter: Add about 1/2 teaspoon of nut butter to each date cavity.
- Top with Peanuts: Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter in each date.
- Melt Chocolate: Use a microwave or double boiler to melt chocolate chips until smooth, stirring often.
- Drizzle Chocolate: Spoon or drizzle the melted chocolate over each filled date.
- Sprinkle Sea Salt: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with flaky sea salt if using.
- Chill: Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
- Store: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the fridge for up to a month.
