  • 2 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 46 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with minced chipotle peppers to create the chipotle ranch sauce. Set aside.
  2. Season sliced chicken with cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for pliability.
  5. Assemble each burrito by spreading chipotle ranch sauce over the tortilla, then layering chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
  6. Roll up tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Grill the burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes to seal and toast.
  7. Serve warm with lime wedges on the side.
