Description

Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts are a sweet and spicy twist on the classic roasted vegetable. Roasted until golden and crispy, then drizzled with hot honey and topped with optional feta and chives, this dish is bold, flavorful, and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 24 oz Brussels sprouts, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey, plus more for finishing
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ cup cubed or crumbled feta
  • Optional: Chives, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and position the rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. Trim and quarter the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and hot honey, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from oven and top with feta and chives, if using. Drizzle with additional hot honey and serve hot.
  7. Air Fryer Option: Toss prepped Brussels sprouts in olive oil, hot honey, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 12 minutes until crispy. Top with feta, chives, and more hot honey.

  • Adjust hot honey to your spice preference.
  • Feta adds a nice creamy and salty contrast to the sweetness.
  • For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan or air fryer basket.
