Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (or maple syrup as substitute)
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (e.g., 2%, almond, oat, coconut)
  • 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a glass or mason jar, combine heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Froth the mixture using a milk frother until thick and creamy (about 10–20 seconds). Set aside.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in 1/2 cup of your milk of choice.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of chai tea concentrate to the glass.
  5. Spoon the pumpkin cream foam over the top of the drink.
