- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (or maple syrup as substitute)
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (e.g., 2%, almond, oat, coconut)
- 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a glass or mason jar, combine heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Froth the mixture using a milk frother until thick and creamy (about 10–20 seconds). Set aside.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in 1/2 cup of your milk of choice.
- Add 1/2 cup of chai tea concentrate to the glass.
- Spoon the pumpkin cream foam over the top of the drink.
