Scale
- 2–3 fresh zucchinis
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional Coating Options (choose one):

- Herby: dried herbs like thyme or rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them into uniform sticks or rounds.
- Sprinkle the zucchini slices with salt and let them sit for 10-15 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil or lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- Season the zucchini with salt, pepper, and your chosen coating option.
- Arrange the zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, ensure zucchini slices are well-dried before cooking.
- Experiment with different seasoning blends to suit your taste.
- Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or a yogurt-based dip for added flavor.
- These fries are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
