- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- ¼ cup olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and dried oregano to make the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, and parsley.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
- Add crumbled feta cheese and gently mix to avoid breaking it up too much.
- Chill for at least 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
