Instructions
- Blend: In a blender or food processor, combine half and half, cottage cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and mint flavoring. Blend until smooth.
- Freeze: Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint container, smooth the top, and freeze for 24 hours.
- Spin: After freezing, remove lid and place in Ninja Creami. Select the “Ice Cream” mode to process.
- Respin (if needed): If texture is crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons milk and select “Respin.”
- Add Mix-Ins: Stir in or pulse crushed Oreos using the Ninja Creami “Mix-In” function for extra crunch and fun.
- Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately!
