- 1 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
Optional Add-Ons:
- 3–4 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips (regular or mini)
- 3–4 tbsp M&Ms or candy-coated chocolates
Instructions
- Combine ingredients: Add oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a food processor.
- Pulse: Blend for 1–2 minutes until mixture clumps together and oats are broken down.
- Taste & adjust: Check flavor; add more vanilla or a pinch of salt if desired.
- Add mix-ins: Remove blade and fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms with a spatula.
- Shape: Scoop 1–2 tbsp portions, roll into balls using your hands.
- Enjoy or store: Eat immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
