These No-Bake Mini Key Lime Pies are a refreshing, tangy, and creamy dessert perfect for summer or anytime you crave a citrusy treat. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a luscious lime filling, they’re easy to make and don’t require an oven.

- 1 1/2 cups (180 g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup (75 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 can (14 oz/400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Optional: Lime slices or extra zest for garnish
- Optional: Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottoms of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners or into mini tart pans. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and slightly thickened.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the lime mixture to lighten it. Reserve the rest for topping.
- Spoon the lime filling into the chilled crusts and smooth the tops.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream and garnish with lime slices or zest before serving.
Notes
- You can use store-bought graham cracker crusts for convenience.
- These pies can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
- If you prefer a stronger citrus flavor, add more lime zest to the filling.
- Mini tart pans with removable bottoms make serving even easier.
