Description

This no-bake peanut butter pie features a rich and creamy peanut butter filling inside a chocolatey Oreo crust, topped with your favorite candy pieces for the ultimate indulgent dessert.

  • 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 30 Oreo cookies (whole)
  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • Optional: Crushed candies (like Butterfinger, Snickers, or Reese’s)
  • Optional: Mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • Optional: Chocolate and peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the melted butter with the crushed Oreos until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well incorporated.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  8. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  10. Top with optional crushed candies, mini peanut butter cups, or chocolate chips before serving.
