Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the melted butter with the crushed Oreos until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Top with optional crushed candies, mini peanut butter cups, or chocolate chips before serving.
