Description

Instructions

  1. Assemble the sandwiches: Spread about 1 teaspoon of marshmallow creme on half of the Ritz crackers, then top with the remaining crackers to make sandwiches.
  2. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate almond bark or wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Dip the sandwiches: Using a fork, dip each Ritz sandwich into the melted chocolate to fully coat. Let the excess chocolate drip off, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Decorate: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow bits, mini chocolate chips, and sprinkles. Add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  5. Let set: Allow the cookies to set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results (about 15–20 minutes).
