- 4 tablespoons Danish Creamery salted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Lemon slices for serving
- 1/2 pound asparagus (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Melt the butter in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish for about 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Add parsley, oregano, garlic, and black pepper to the melted butter; mix well.
- Place the salmon fillets in the dish, spooning the butter mixture over them. If using, arrange asparagus around the salmon.
- Roast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Spoon any remaining butter sauce over the salmon and serve with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
