Description

A simple and flavorful roasted salmon recipe infused with butter and fresh herbs, perfect for beginner cooks and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Danish Creamery salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon slices for serving
  • 1/2 pound asparagus (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Melt the butter in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish for about 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
  3. Add parsley, oregano, garlic, and black pepper to the melted butter; mix well.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the dish, spooning the butter mixture over them. If using, arrange asparagus around the salmon.
  5. Roast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Spoon any remaining butter sauce over the salmon and serve with fresh parsley and lemon slices.

Notes

Ensure to check the salmon a few minutes before the cooking time to avoid overcooking.
