- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- Dice the mango, chop the red onion, mince the jalapeño, chop the cilantro, and juice the lime.
- Combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl to make the salsa.
- Season the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chopped cilantro for the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet until soft.
- Assemble the tacos with shrimp, mango salsa, and creamy sauce. Add optional toppings as desired.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
