- 8 oz wide rice noodles
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles by cooking them according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn opaque.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
- Add the noodles and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Return the shrimp to the pan to warm through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with a squeeze of lime or additional chili sauce for extra flavor.
