  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • Olive oil spray
  • Fresh coriander (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving (optional)
  • Quinoa or rice as a side (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon: Generously season the salmon filets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, combine raspberry jam, light soy sauce, sriracha, and grated ginger, stirring until well blended.
  3. Prepare the air fryer: Place parchment paper inside the air fryer basket.
  4. Arrange the salmon: Lay the salmon filets on the parchment, coat with the raspberry sauce, and spray lightly with olive oil.
  5. Air fry the salmon: Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Garnish and serve: Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh coriander, and serve with sides like steamed vegetables or quinoa.
