- 3 tablespoons raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- Olive oil spray
- Fresh coriander (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving (optional)
- Quinoa or rice as a side (optional)
Instructions
- Season the salmon: Generously season the salmon filets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, combine raspberry jam, light soy sauce, sriracha, and grated ginger, stirring until well blended.
- Prepare the air fryer: Place parchment paper inside the air fryer basket.
- Arrange the salmon: Lay the salmon filets on the parchment, coat with the raspberry sauce, and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry the salmon: Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Garnish and serve: Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh coriander, and serve with sides like steamed vegetables or quinoa.
