Instructions

  1. Prepare noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook steak and shrimp: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned (about 2-3 minutes). Remove and set aside. Repeat with shrimp until pink and cooked through (about 2 minutes). Set aside.
  3. Stir-fry vegetables: In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine and sauce: Add cooked noodles to the pan along with the steak and shrimp. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until well coated and heated through.
