Description

A bright, refreshing drink that combines frozen strawberries and fresh lemon juice for a perfect summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (juice of 2 or 3 large lemons)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves, sparkling water, splash of orange juice, teaspoon of vanilla, lemon slices, whole strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your lemons and strawberries: Rinse and hull fresh strawberries or use frozen strawberries.
  2. Measure and add the liquid and sweetener: Pour water, lemon juice, and sugar into the blender.
  3. Add the strawberries: Layer the frozen strawberries on top.
  4. Blend until smooth: Start at low speed, increasing to medium-high until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust: Modify sweetness or tartness as needed.
  6. Serve immediately: Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
