This quick and festive Strawberry Valentine’s Chex Mix combines crunchy cereals, salty pretzels, and sweet freeze-dried strawberries, all coated in creamy white chocolate.

- 2 cups Chex cereal (rice Chex preferred)
- 3 cups Very Berry Cheerios
- 2 cups pretzel twists or sticks, broken into pieces
- 1 oz bag (about 1 1/4 cups) freeze-dried strawberries
- 9 oz white chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- Sprinkles, for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add rice Chex, Very Berry Cheerios, broken pretzels, and freeze-dried strawberries. Stir to distribute.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and fold until mostly coated.
- Add sprinkles and any optional add-ins, folding them in gently.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once set, break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
