- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for yogurt sauce)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons paprika (for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef with diced onion, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper for 8-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and salt to prepare the yogurt sauce.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine unsalted butter and paprika, microwaving until melted to create the butter sauce.
- Assemble the dish by laying down the pasta, topping with yogurt sauce, the beef mixture, and drizzling with the butter sauce. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and parsley.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with mushrooms and lentils. Feel free to customize the pasta and spices to your liking.
