Description

A delightful and easy-to-make chocolate bark featuring Oreo cookies and festive candy melts, perfect for gifting or serving at parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies (about 89 ounces), roughly crushed
  • 2 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pink or red candy melts
  • Heart-shaped sprinkles
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  • A baking sheet with a shallow rim
  • Optional: Flaky sea salt, freeze-dried raspberry pieces, crushed pink or white chocolate-covered pretzels, edible gold or pearl dust, mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin until you have a mix of small chunks and fine crumbs.
  3. Transfer half of the crushed Oreos to a bowl for later use.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Spread the melted white chocolate on the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the white chocolate while still warm; press lightly to adhere.
  7. Melt pink or red candy melts in another bowl, then drizzle over the chocolate layer.
  8. Swirl the candy melts into the white chocolate using a toothpick.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos and heart-shaped sprinkles over the top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
  11. Break the bark into irregular shards and store in an airtight container.

Notes

For best results, let refrigerated shards sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
