A delightful and easy-to-make chocolate bark featuring Oreo cookies and festive candy melts, perfect for gifting or serving at parties.

- 24 Oreo cookies (about 8–9 ounces), roughly crushed
- 2 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pink or red candy melts
- Heart-shaped sprinkles
- Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
- A baking sheet with a shallow rim
- Optional: Flaky sea salt, freeze-dried raspberry pieces, crushed pink or white chocolate-covered pretzels, edible gold or pearl dust, mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Crush Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin until you have a mix of small chunks and fine crumbs.
- Transfer half of the crushed Oreos to a bowl for later use.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted white chocolate on the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the white chocolate while still warm; press lightly to adhere.
- Melt pink or red candy melts in another bowl, then drizzle over the chocolate layer.
- Swirl the candy melts into the white chocolate using a toothpick.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos and heart-shaped sprinkles over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Break the bark into irregular shards and store in an airtight container.
Notes
For best results, let refrigerated shards sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
