Ingredients

- 8 oz unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 lemon, zest only
- 6 to 8 French radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- Flaky salt, to taste
- 1 loaf ciabatta, sliced and toasted with olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Butter Mixture: Place room-temperature unsalted butter into a mixing bowl, add lemon zest, and heavy cream.
- Whip it Up: Mix on low speed, gradually increase to medium-high, and whip for about 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Prepare the Radishes: Thinly shave the radishes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- Layer the Butter: Add a dollop of whipped butter to a serving plate and sprinkle with chives and flaky salt.
- Form the Tower: Layer the butter, chives, and salt to create a tower.
- Top with Radishes: Arrange the shaved radishes around and on top of the butter tower.
- Serve with Ciabatta: Enjoy the dish alongside toasted ciabatta slices drizzled with olive oil.
Notes
Ensure butter is at room temperature for the best whipping results. Pat the radishes dry to maintain their shape.
