Delightful baked Brie bites with a creamy interior and a sweet-tart cranberry topping, encased in flaky puff pastry.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8-ounce wheel Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
- Fresh herbs (sprigs of rosemary or thyme) for garnish
- Honey (optional, for drizzling)
- Dried cranberries or cherries (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 squares (about 3 inches each).
- Press each pastry square into a non-stick mini muffin tin to form small cups.
- Place a small cube of Brie cheese into each pastry cup.
- Add about one teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each piece of Brie and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or thyme before serving.
Notes
Make sure to properly thaw the puff pastry before using for best results. These bites can be prepared ahead of time and frozen unbaked.
