Description

A quick and family-approved dip that pairs creamy vegan feta with green olives for a delicious and easy-to-make treat.


Ingredients

  • 200 g Green Olives (1 1/2 cups)
  • 150 g Vegan Feta (5 oz)
  • 1 small handful Fresh Parsley
  • 1 to 2 cloves Garlic
  • 30 g Walnuts (1/4 cup)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pit your olives, if they aren’t already.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a food processor or blender, toss in the olives, vegan feta, parsley, garlic, walnuts, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until it’s at your desired consistency.
  4. Taste test and adjust with salt or more lemon juice as needed.
  5. Serve and drizzle with olive oil for presentation.

Notes

For added flavor, consider fresh herbs or a dash of smoked paprika. Serve with fresh veggies or pita chips for a crowd-pleaser!
