A quick and family-approved dip that pairs creamy vegan feta with green olives for a delicious and easy-to-make treat.
Ingredients

- 200 g Green Olives (1 1/2 cups)
- 150 g Vegan Feta (5 oz)
- 1 small handful Fresh Parsley
- 1 to 2 cloves Garlic
- 30 g Walnuts (1/4 cup)
- 3 to 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Pit your olives, if they aren’t already.
- Combine ingredients: In a food processor or blender, toss in the olives, vegan feta, parsley, garlic, walnuts, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Blend until it’s at your desired consistency.
- Taste test and adjust with salt or more lemon juice as needed.
- Serve and drizzle with olive oil for presentation.
Notes
For added flavor, consider fresh herbs or a dash of smoked paprika. Serve with fresh veggies or pita chips for a crowd-pleaser!
