A guilt-free version of the classic Wendy’s Frosty, packed with protein and a creamy texture using healthy ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 125 ml Fairlife 2% milk
  • 125 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 125 ml cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: Nut butter, fresh fruit, cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Blend Fairlife milk, unsweetened almond milk, cottage cheese, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, chocolate protein powder, and salt in the Ninja Creami container.
  2. Use a hand frother to achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Cover the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. Remove the container and run it under hot water for about 60 seconds.
  5. Ensure the surface is level before placing it back into the Ninja Creami machine.
  6. Select the Lite Ice Cream button to achieve a soft-serve consistency.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute Fairlife milk and cottage cheese with unsweetened almond or oat milk and a plant-based yogurt.
