- 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ceremonial-grade matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon Silk vanilla creamers
- Optional: White chocolate chips, coconut flakes, crushed Graham crackers
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients. In your Ninja Creami pint container, pour in both types of milk, the protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla extract, matcha powder, and the Silk vanilla creamer.
- Mix everything until well blended using a hand frother or a whisk.
- Secure a lid on the pint container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
- Remove the pint from the freezer and run it under warm water for about 60-90 seconds.
- Place the pint in your Ninja Creami machine and select the “Lite Ice Cream” option. If it doesn’t achieve the desired creaminess, engage the “Re-Spin” feature.
- Serve the matcha ice cream straight from the pint or add mix-ins as desired.
