Description

A refreshing and guilt-free matcha ice cream recipe that’s simple and nourishing, perfect for summer evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon Silk vanilla creamers
  • Optional: White chocolate chips, coconut flakes, crushed Graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Gather the ingredients. In your Ninja Creami pint container, pour in both types of milk, the protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla extract, matcha powder, and the Silk vanilla creamer.
  2. Mix everything until well blended using a hand frother or a whisk.
  3. Secure a lid on the pint container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
  4. Remove the pint from the freezer and run it under warm water for about 60-90 seconds.
  5. Place the pint in your Ninja Creami machine and select the “Lite Ice Cream” option. If it doesn’t achieve the desired creaminess, engage the “Re-Spin” feature.
  6. Serve the matcha ice cream straight from the pint or add mix-ins as desired.

Notes

Ensure proper measurements to avoid grainy texture. Do not skip the 24-hour freezing period for best consistency.
