Description

A refreshing dessert made with frozen mixed berries and your choice of sweetener.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of your preferred sweetener (white sugar, monk fruit, agave, or honey)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • A squeeze of lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen mixed berries, water, and sweetener to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, ensuring that there are no chunks of berry.
  3. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container up to the maximum fill line.
  4. Seal the lid and place the container flat in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  5. Insert the container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami and lock it in place.
  6. Select the Sorbet setting and let the machine work; hit Re-spin if needed for a creamier texture.
  7. Serve immediately or store it in the freezer for later.

Notes

Ensure berries are frozen for the best texture and taste. Adjust sweetener based on berry sweetness.
