Instructions
- Dissolve the orange jello: Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a heatproof bowl and add the orange jello powder. Stir until fully dissolved and set aside to cool.

- Make the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt in a bowl, then press into the prepared pan.
- Chill the crust: Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese: Beat softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth, then add powdered sugar and mix until silky.
- Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest until firm peaks form.
- Fold half the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Fold the remaining whipped cream into the cooled jello, being careful to retain air.
- Assemble the layers: Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the crust, then alternate with the jello mixture until filled.
- Chill to set: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Release the cheesecake: Carefully loosen from the springform pan and garnish as desired.
