Quick and forgiving No Knead Bread Rolls that are soft, warm, and perfect for busy family nights.
Ingredients

- 1 tsp instant dried yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/3 cups room temperature water
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the instant dried yeast, sugar, room temperature water, all-purpose flour, and salt in a large bowl. Stir until blended. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Pour the olive oil on the dough and gently mix it in. Let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- Fold the dough over itself using wet hands from all sides. Cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Repeat this folding process two more times.
- Dust a surface with flour, turn the dough onto it, and divide it into six pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Let them rest for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the rolls for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days, or freeze them for longer storage.
