Description

A refreshing and fruity Orange Sorbet made with fresh orange juice and skim milk, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the orange juice, skim milk, sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, and protein powder (if using) in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami container, filling it to the fill line, and securely close the lid.
  3. Place the container flat in your freezer and let it freeze for at least 24 hours or until completely solid.
  4. Run the container under warm water for about a minute to loosen the sorbet.
  5. Insert the container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami, lock the lid, and select the ‘lite ice cream’ setting. If the texture isn’t smooth enough, use the ‘Re-spin’ button.

Notes

Ensure to use 100% orange juice to avoid added sugars. Avoid skipping the warm water step for easy removal.
