A nutritious and delicious alternative to traditional ice cream, this dairy-free protein vanilla ice cream is easy to make and loaded with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of homemade almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar-free Jell-O vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 scoop of vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: dark chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or natural peanut butter for mix-ins

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and a Ninja Creami.
  2. Pour all ingredients into the Ninja Creami container up to the maximum line.
  3. Blend everything until smooth using a handheld frother.
  4. Cover the mixture and let it freeze for 24 hours.
  5. Run the container under hot water for a minute when ready to serve.
  6. Install it into the Ninja Creami and select the Lite Ice Cream option.
  7. Hit the Respin button if the texture isn’t creamy enough for your liking.
  8. Serve with your favorite toppings like dark chocolate chips or crushed cookies.
