- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- A tiny pinch of ground ginger or cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Make the raspberry puree: Blend 1 cup raspberries with 1–2 tablespoons of water until smooth, strain if desired, and taste.
- Measure and prepare milk, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
- Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring gently until it reaches about 170°F.
- Add white chocolate chips to the warm milk and stir until melted and smooth.
- Stir in raspberry puree and vanilla extract, adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Gently heat through for another minute or two.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
Notes
For dairy-free options, use oat milk and vegan white chocolate. Adjust sweetness based on the tartness of raspberries used.
