A nutritious twist on a classic treat, this Rocky Road Protein Ice Cream is packed with protein and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate Fairlife milk
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine your base: Pour the chocolate Fairlife milk, unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, chocolate protein powder, and salt into your Ninja Creami container. Use a hand frother to mix everything until well combined.
  2. Freeze: Place the container in your freezer and let it freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Blend it smooth: After freezing, remove your container and run it under warm water for about 60 seconds. Put it in the Ninja Creami and start with the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting.
  4. Adjust consistency: Check if the texture is creamy. If it’s still a bit powdery, a quick ‘Respin’ will do the trick.
  5. Mix in your extras: Make a small well in the center and add the mini marshmallows and sliced almonds. Use the ‘Mix-in’ button to distribute them evenly throughout the ice cream.
