- 1 cup chocolate Fairlife milk
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Instructions
- Combine your base: Pour the chocolate Fairlife milk, unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, chocolate protein powder, and salt into your Ninja Creami container. Use a hand frother to mix everything until well combined.
- Freeze: Place the container in your freezer and let it freeze for 24 hours.
- Blend it smooth: After freezing, remove your container and run it under warm water for about 60 seconds. Put it in the Ninja Creami and start with the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting.
- Adjust consistency: Check if the texture is creamy. If it’s still a bit powdery, a quick ‘Respin’ will do the trick.
- Mix in your extras: Make a small well in the center and add the mini marshmallows and sliced almonds. Use the ‘Mix-in’ button to distribute them evenly throughout the ice cream.
