- 1 cup crushed strawberry-flavored cereal

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and airy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the strawberry jam, crushed cereal, and white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden, but the centers look soft.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a gourmet touch, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of warm cookies or press additional cereal flakes before baking.
